Warriors Kayak/Paddle Board Race June 3 9:00-13:00— Get ready for an exciting adventure with the WARRIORS RACE, a thrilling 3.2-mile kayak and paddle race through the scenic canals of the Pine Knoll Shores. Contest kicks off at 10am on Saturday, June 3rd. A $50 registration fee is required to secure your spot. This is for a single kayak or paddle board, while double kayaks are $100 to register. Rest assured, every registered participant will receive a Warrior T-shirt and a delicious lunch. Entries close on June 2, so don't miss this great opportunity. Great time for the kids on June 14th from 10am to 11am— Join us for an exciting sailing program at the Beaufort Maritime Museum, designed for preschoolers (ages 2-5) and their caregivers. Every other Wednesday, participants will enjoy hands-on experiences, crafts and activities around exciting themes such as pirates, sharks, whales and fish. The program is designed to provide a wealth of experience and insight into these fascinating subjects. Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Nursing staff are required to remain the same throughout the program. Pre-registration is required to secure your seat.
